Shipping & Delivery
All the shipping is handled by the seller for the same country merchant customer orders. For Shipping from Nepal products all the shipping and handling is done by Order Online Market Pvt. Ltd. and the seller collaboratively. Shipping is handled within 2 days of order confirmation. Delivery time depends upon the shipping speed, the weight/size of the items, and location. Delivery time may vary for multiple products from two or more merchants. Order status can be seen in the customer profile page.
Determine Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed, the weight/size of the items, and location.
To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to checkout.
- Select or add your shipping address.
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
- Select a payment method and select Continue.
The total shipping & handling cost as well as the estimated date of delivery, is listed under Order Summary in the checkout shopping cart.
Global Shipping Rates
The cost to ship items from each product category varies by item, shipment, and shipping option and final destination. All the shipments from Nepal are made via local carriers from Nepal.
GON works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, and volume of all the items in the cart.
The total shipping cost is calculated by adding a base "Per Shipment" cost and various "Per Item" costs. The "Per Item" cost depends on the item, and is based on the quantity of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package. The table below shows the base “Per Shipment” rate used as a minimum for shipping. Rates increase, or vary, from the base rate depending on the items in the cart.

Return & Replacements
Find a Missing Item from Your Package
If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately.
If you received your package and an item is missing, do the following:
- Go to Your Orders to see if your missing item is in another shipment.
- Next to the image of your item, select Track Package to find the delivery date for this shipment.
- If you still can't locate your item, contact us.
- If your item is missing a part, contact the product's manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the product packaging or in the paperwork included with the product. If you can't find contact information, or if they can't help, go to Your Orders and select Return or Replace Items next to the item with the missing part.
- If the tracking information shows that the shipment was delivered, but you can't find it, go to Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered for more information.
100% Refund will be processed in collaboration with the seller if you receive the wrong products or damaged products. Contact customer support for return or refund.
NON FOOD ITEMS:
Items need to be shipped back to the seller in no more than 3 days after an item gets delivered. The customer needs to provide us with a tracking number after they return an item. Customer needs to pay for return shipping. After the seller receives the item there will be a 15% restocking fee and refund the remaining balance within 7-10 business days . Items have to be in a good condition and not used. Shipping fee for return must be paid by the customer if the product is not damaged.
FOOD ITEMS :- NO RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If the customer wants to cancel an order before we ship their order. There will be a 5% credit card transaction fee and the remaining balance will be refunded to the card. It takes 7-10 business days for the balance to reflect on the credit card.
We will refund for damaged or outdated products, if sent accidently even though the seller makes sure the expiration date is valid before they dispatch the items.
Since GlobalOrderNow.com is a marketplace, each seller has their own return policy. We request all buyers to find out the return policy from the supplier before you complete the order.
Products Shipped from Nepal are not returnable or refundable due to hardship of shipping and refund. If there are product defects and must contact within 2 days after delivery shall receive the replacement of the products with only paying shipping charges.
